We‘ve made returning easy!

Cancellation:

If the Order status is not shipped, We can provide a full refund. If order status is Shipping, Refunds are not supported. We process the order within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange:

1. Conditions of return:

  • We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase

  • The Item can be return is Lightly worn, with tags still on, original packaging, original condition

2.Refund process:

  • Step One: Contact us by email, Providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange

  • Step Two: Receives the servers response of the processing result, send item back and tell us the tracking number.When we receive the goods, check the packaging no problem, we will refund immediately.Normally, refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2 business days.

3.Refund Fee Instructions:

  • If it is a product quality problem, we offer a full refund and notify you by email.

  • If it's not a product quality issue, we offer a refund of the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee ($10). Additionally, customers must pay for return shipping.

How does Larekius return and refund work?

Larekius accept returns up to 60 days after the received date.

 

Requirements For Returns/Exchanges

            All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and         test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Original packaging
  • Within 60 days of the date you received your initial purchase

How to Return an Item

        When returning any part of your order, please follow the instructions below:

  • Email to our customer care team (info@larekius.com) and inform us with your order id and the reason why you want to return. Our customer service team will receive your request and will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all items and packing slip. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.

  • Remove, completely cover or mark through any other shipping labels and drop off your package to your nearest UPS location.

  • Please don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded so that you can make a claim with your carrier in the event that it is misplaced in transit.

    Shipping costs are unfortunately always non-refundable. Once your item’s been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!

How to Exchange an Item

  • If you need a different size, color or something else entirely, please email our Customer Care Team to info@larekius.com. Our customer care team will receive your request and will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days..

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

  • Ship your return package to Sculptshe. Processing time will be 7 to 15 business days.
  • Your package is received at our warehouse by the receiving department and is then sorted within two business days of being received.
  • Our returns/exchanges department processes the request within 5 business days of the package being received.
  • Returns are forwarded to the returns department for credit processing, which is completed within 5 business days. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order. If your credit card has expired or we cannot refund your account for any reason, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit or gift card.)
  • Exchanges are forwarded to the shipment department, which then ships the replacement garment to you within one week of your exchange being processed. At this point, you can no longer make changes to exchange requests.

Items that can't be returned or exchanged?

  • Most of our items can be returned for a refund or exchange, with the following exceptions:Final Sale; Items marked as 'Final Sale' on the product details page are sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged. Certain products are excluded from our returns and exchange policy. If this applies it'll be clearly stated on the product detail page before you purchase.

Can you help with a defective product?

  • "We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@larekius.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 60 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.."

Do you offer Exchanges?

  • "Yes we offer FREE exchanges within the same produt (Different size or color). We only offer one exchange per order".
